I had ordered a refrigerator at Reliance and 2 days later an executive from Shadow Fax called saying i have a courier, cash on delivery for a refrigerator cover, i assumed my wife would have ordered and said, ok deliver….since i was not at home my wife assumed i would have ordered paid for teh same. In less than 30 mins i reached home and realised the scam, when i called back the executive was giving weird responses…then ignored my calls and when i tried reaching Shadowfax and its management, they are silent…clearly, it looks like a scam and shadow fax is a party to the scam.
