We have 1 primary & to secondary setof boxes of tatasky dth
I wanted to suspend services of those secondary boxes so that I can pay for my primary box as per my list of wanted channels
befor call balance in account ( 6.68 )
Called tatasky toll free number was advised by representative on phone to make recharge of 50 so that I can avail service to suspend 2 secondary boxes which will be suspend as the next day starts
I followed up as advised & did recharge of 50rs
Now just after 12midnight when I try to make recharge for full year I see that my balance is gone into negative that is minus 3.3inr
& Now they say u will have to recharge another 100 rs to suspend those secondary boxes ??why
No satisfactory reply
Now when insisted to clarify where my money went they say your account is showing positive balance of 26 rs
Total confusion & loot of customer
