Dear sir, I have taken personal Loan from Citibank credit card ( xxx2345) offered from you. Few months back( july2024) Citibank services converted to axisbank, so I was paying my P.Loan EMIs to Axisbank uptodate without any default. Not missed an single EMI. From July onwards I can see over due in few hundreds in my cibil report. Due to this overdues my cibil score got reduced very badly. Please let me know why those over dues from July onwards. In case if I want to pay how shall you pay those over dues and clear this mesh. Pls help ASAP
