Hi All,

Loan Application Number – S000302205,

Description of the issue in detail –

I’m Ramaprasada Udupa. S. I have availed a personal loan in India Bulls Bank, which is now called as Dhani bank or whatever it is.

You can check my personal loan details using my telephone number 81050 22445. I have taken the loan for a 4-5 year tenure and this loan gets completed in DEC 2022, I think so.

Now, I have been paying the EMI amount without missing a single installment starting from DEC 2017, as I have the ECS option enabled for this deduction.

You can refer to the bank statements attached along with this mail for your reference from JAN 2019 to DEC 2021. On the 05th of every month, there is an amount deduction of RS. 10,731/- and from JAN 2019 till OCT 2021 and RS.10,314/- from NOV 2021 to DEC 2021. Please refer to the entry “ACH D- DHANI LOANS SER LTD”.

From when the problems started from Dhani Bank –

From last 2 month onwards, l have been continuously getting calls from your bank for making the monthly EMI payment and I have responded to all the calls and mentioned to them about the amount already being deducted from my account and also have given the transaction ID details for their reference.

I don’t understand what is wrong with your stupid system or bank, seriously. And, today morning I get a message from your bank stating that a lawyer has been assigned for filing a case against me for not paying my loan EMI amount.

What kind of unprofessional and stupid bank are you assholes running? Don’t you fuck in have the bare minimum common sense to verify the details first? What are you even getting paid for? Is this the kind of lousy work you have been doing?

Let me make it very clear to all you incompetent jack asses. Better sort out this problem immediately for me without causing any further inconvenience. Otherwise, I will also take legal action against you by filing a case in consumer court and also by filing a defamation case for unnecessarily dragging my name for incorrect reasons.

Requesting your immediate response and resolution on this issue. If not, I will escalate this issue further and I’m very much ready to take you on in the court, go ahead and file a case against me.
