I had recharged my tatasky id 1200601522 for Rs3500 in Nov 2020 and got 2 months discount of ₹291 for each month… total of ₹4k was available and this has been exhausted in <5 months from the date of recharge (Nov 20).
Tatasky executive made a mistake of adding unwanted packs saying it will be free of cost and wouldn’t get charged if not subscribed… I never gave consent to subscribe however whole of 4k is utilised and exhausted before due date.
I hsve been calling customer care and talking to supervisor from Mar 16 till today but no resolution.
Also sent escalation mail to Nodal officer many times ( 2Q1HTMR0 2Q4E6VVH 2QKGDWJ5 2QBPS0BJ 2QBPS0C5) but no one has called me back giving resolution.
I want my refund which is held by Tatasky for adding unnecessary packs.
