Text of Complaint by ABC:

One day u wake up and find your usual postpaid bill 5-6 times higher than usual and outgoing and Internet services barred. When u enquire, u get to know that hefty VAS charges are added to your bill for which you are totally unaware. When u complain Vi, they assure u for the weaver and restoration of services but still everything remains the same. Same cycle runs for 4 consecutive days. In the meanwhile u get to know that even when ur services were barred you were charged min 1650 per day for VAS. Ridiculous. Side by side you converse with Google who is charging this services to Vi on your account and refunds some portion of amount. You give them proof that some suspicious activities re going at the backend. To which one floor manager Ajinkya misbehaves and blames you and talks and argues all rubbish, irrelevant and misbehaves. When you tell them that you gonna pay only that amount which you have utilised otherwise Vi can block my sim, hilariously he threatens you that you can’t do that and U Have To Pay…… Why should I pay for the things I have not utilised. When asked him for higher authorities contact, he simply refuses. Pathetic. Is this the way u handle ur customer. Kindly get my issue details from above mentioned guy or CS team.
