I am getting unnecessary calls on Vodafone Number 98205***96 to pay bills on number 982050**05.
That number is a postpaid number and I do not have any details of that number. Still Vodafone continuously keeps calling me to pay bills and even threatening legal action simply because my prepaid number is registered as an alternate number.
The number is not even available for a call. On calling Prepaid customer care, they are saying since the number is post paid, they cannot help me and told me to call post paid customer care. On calling Post Paid customer care number, they tell me to call prepaid customer care to clear the issue. I am simply played as a stupid customer and Vodafone is simply playing with my time and emotions.
Now they have started a new way of harassment. Today I received another whatsapp Number of Shivani (9967317971) from Vodafone threatening me to pay the bill to avoid further action in LOK ADALAT!!
Plus Shivani is not even picking calls to answer.
The number is not even available so I am not sure why vodafone is calling me to pay the bills and resorting to all these unlawful harassment to get money with no justification or sense whats so ever.
I have received over 80-90 calls simply to pay bills.
Please help me resolve this issue with Vodafone as they are simply harassing me even though I have sent an email to them many times (attached) but there is no response and their helpdesk is also playing with me.
I am seriously sick and tired of this nonsense from Vodafone.
Please help me!
