Text of Complaint by Bibekananda Panigrahi:

I ordered a iphone 13 on 11 dec 2022.flipkart promised to deliver on 12 dec 2022. Without any reason they didn’t deliver my product.in this regard i complain 3 times with customer care.again promised to deliver on 13th but again didnot delivered.again i called several times with customer care. Again they didn’t deliver on 13 th also. Customer care again promised to deliver on 14th dec. Again I call customer care appx 5 times. Now product out for delivery but twist is that delivery agent denied to deliver today and told me that product is not in my hand and unable to deliver. Being a govt employees I have no time to spare much time with Flipkart. Flipkart mentally harassed me for more than 3 days. And still my product not delivered in spite of payment already given to company. Kindly look into the matter and order Flipkart to return my total amount as he harassed me badly
