I have purchased a mobile by IDFC FIRST BANK .. in July 2019 and the loan closed in Jan 2020
But till date ECS bounce charge is deducted continuously from my account that why I m maintaining my account balance and the amount is in minus
And it’s all about information send to bank by mail continuously but they are not respond
They are harassed to me continue
