Text of Complaint by Muzaffar Jan Bazaz:

Sir/Madam, I Muzaffar Jan Bazaz with Reg. Mobile No:9419442323 applied for new Xtreme Airtel connection with application No:01941967400 and payment of Rs5234. 00 made vide Txn No:902241654 only after assurances by your representatives that it will be installed within 48hours.But with a great dismay, nothing is observed so far on ground. You know first impression is the last. These people are maligning the repo of your reputed company otherwise I may shifted to any other cellular company. It is requested to install on priority my Xtreme connection as I am in urgent need of the same, otherwise I want my money back please. If not installed immediately, I have no option but to knock the doors of higher ups. I am ready to go to any extend if no resolution is observed from your side.
