My mobile no. is 9810501914. Every month I recharge my mobile online with the plan of Rs. 49.00. Last month also I recharged my mobile on 05/July/2020 with the plan of Rs.49.00. After recharge, my “Pack TT became Rs.76.86 & Bal Rs. 17.99”.
Today I have to recharge my mobile but before recharging I checked my Balance & was surprised to see the unnecessary deduction done to my account. My Account Balance dropped down to as follows :-
Pack TT : Rs. 37.07
Bal : Rs. 17.99
From 05/July/2020 till 31/July/2020, I have made very few & very short duration calls, then why Rs. 39.79 have got deducted to my account.
Request you to pls help me in recovering this account.
