Text of Complaint by Sanjeev Kumar:

  • Even though requested for cancellation of the card via email, they charged me for next month subscription.
  • No intimation about the EMI presented to the bank making me incur thousands of rupees as bounce charges.
  • Unable to reach customer service, had to call them 100 times to reach once or twice, again they will disconnect the call without our consent.
  • Hopeless organization looting people’s money in terms of subscription fees.
