I received 2 texts saying Rs. 20 deducted for using Songs. I haven’t used any such service. The first text was received around 3:46 am and the second at 9:13.
When I talked the customer care executive the same day, they said it was a technical issue and the money will be returned in 24 hours. Today, even after 8 days, it has not returned. I called the customer care again and this time they said that this money was deducted by some third party service and not Vi and hence it won’t be returned. WTH.
Some other service is able to deduct Vi balance and you cannot even tell who deducted the money??
This is clearly a case of fraud and cheating by Vi.
