I get 2GB data each day from my current Airtel plan, I used wifi in the night, for some videos streaming. In the morning when I woke up. I switched on my Airtel data for around 10 minutes and immediately received message of 50% data used. I didn’t do any setting changes, and always stream videos in low quality while using phone data, apart from that, I keep the net option closed for most of the apps to avoid any data loss for app updating. I immediately called customer care to enquire about my data loss, but didn’t get satisfactory response. Kindly look into the issue as this is data loot by service providers. Who claim and charge us to provide 2 GB data per day.
