Image Uploaded by Sagorika HAZRA:This is to reiterate that my connection of Airtel Broadband 033101234856 installed in June 2020 was done with a payment for 3 months. But to my surprise I have started getting msgs that there is a charge which needs to a paid.When I spoke to the concerned person, who had installed the router at my place, I was told that there a top up activated which was not done by me. This I had repeated to the numerous calls that I received from Airtel saying nothing was activated from my end.
Therefore I request you to please reverse the charges which is now showing as Rs. 1246 and my connection is restored back.
Also you can check the data usage, since you have deactivated the connection there was no usage since 15th August till date. I would request you to extend the period of my data validity for one and a half month which means 1st Oct – 15th November, and I shall pay for the next 3 months on 15th Nov
