Text of Complaint by Divya Sanil:

This is to keep you informed that it has been noticed now days very frequently the tata sky doesn’t work which reflects that your tata sky is not receiving signal due to heavy rainfall or climate conditions  where as the climatic condition is fine which then results to continues calling to Customer care where then they will send not solve the problem but will say technicians would be required for whom they will charge I don’t understand that why the technician is being charged when we are your customers  not atltering is done so why customer is suppose to pay any there were times when I have argued with customer service then they realise that they have to solve queery then they solve it through manual settings  that is they ask us to go to organizer and some basic settings lastly get master reset where then your tata sky starts working so my concern is when such master settings can be done manually then why are we suppose to pay technician charges I have always had to pay this unnecessary charge .
