Text of Complaint by Sandhya Sigh:

This complaint is regarding the service of VI Vodafone customer care at my connection no 99xxxxx29.
Since July I am having issue in my bill. Due to some confusion at their end they have generated a wrong invoice in August. After discussion the same get ratified.
Now again in September month they have again put the late fee penalty into my bill. And now they have stopped all the service of my connection.
Requesting your intervention to help in this. I am not able to make calls, doing any transaction etc..
Hope to get the positive solution from your end as per my past experience.
