Dear Sir/Madam,
This complaint against DTH service from TATA sky, recently we relocate to other place and I have registered request for DTH Dish relocation, as per the technical support they provide me the relocation charges and I accepted the same and asked for technician visit. SR#(1AGRAX2U).
Technician visisted the site on Subday 20th Jan 2019 and he done the relocation as per the SR and the total amount of rs 530 I have paid on site to the technician,
On 28th Jan I have got Message that the Account will be deactivate today night. I’ve called to tech support and asked for the reason, they said the charge me 200 for relocation charge. This is not acceptable thing and now the connection is deactivated and there is no reply from TATA sky.
This sims there is many miscommunication happening and the customer is suffering, Please do the needful for the Complaint.
