Dear Sir, Stashfin (Akara Capital Advisors Private Limited) had given me Loan for which they charge monthly EMI of Rs. 4342/- (Principal Rs. 3394/- plus Interest 948/-).
My Account is linked for ECS (Automatic EMI Payment), however Stashfin always compel me to pay manually. While doing so they also collect additional amount.
I’ve already complained regarding the situation I also raised 3 tickets based complaints in August. However, Stashfin is not resolving my complaint but levying heavy charges on the EMI.
