Text of Complaint by Ashutosh Shukla:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I applied for Dhani One Freedom Card, used the same and done all the payments on time. But as per dhani app my card was inactive because of non-payment but the pending payment was zero, I already paid the due amount. I sent mail for the same to Dhani Support Team, but still for more than 15 days my card was inactive. When the next EMI comes I paid all the pending amount in one payment.

I continuously received message to maintain the balance in account for pending EMI. But I already paid the EMI’s so I ignored. After due date which was already paid, the charge of Rs. 2601  was deducted from my Axis Account.

I sent mail to Dhani Support Team didn’t receive any proper response. Dialled customer care number, their lines are always busy, I waited on the call for more than hours 2-3 times.

Please help me regarding this. I will grateful to you if you will take favourable action accordingly.
