Hello sir/madam,
I am an Airtel customer and my monthly bill is approximately 700 to 800 maximum but last month my bill is 2332 rupees. I call customer care can ask then the reason behind this, customer call representative said that it is due to make an international call.
I said I don’t have any active international plan so how can an international call can be connected and if I am calling an international number then there should be some message or warning.
I make some call all on Apple customer care and there were no prompt message or warning that you are making an international call.
I mean it’s like Airtel is making fool to the customer.
Suppose any kid touch and international number by mistake and call be on hold so they will be charging lot of amount.
