Sir I use paytm last 3-4 years I want to tell you about paytm charges which is unethical a agent call me about sound box from paytm & told me it’s free you can charge only rs 1 & if you received 100 transaction in a month after that they deduction me for 3 month of rs 125 1 at month I don’t know about the charge but when I call customer care in 2nd month & tell then they refuse my complain & told other thing many time i complain but no satisfaction reply or resolution plz help me sir i m tired of this matter one thing more when I called agent they send an agent to pick sound box for closed the service & nit refund any money I have a screen shot also in his app which proved agent tell me right information but they refuse 3 month no charge then why they took 3 month me to charge for that box 2 month ago also an agent come & tell me share the QR code in the back of sound box he come from paytm to closed my sound box service but not collect the sound box I have his number & some chats for process after that i off box & no charge deduction but on 30 may they again charge of 105 why I don’t understand again I complain in chat box of paytm service but they can’t response any specific or valid reason plz sir help me out what I do now I paid 4-5 month unnecessary charge on paytm soundbox they not respect their customer as well how many customers are face theses types of issue
