Hello Team,
This is to inform you that even after telling your customer executive several times, I am receiving call for offers & portability.
Today as well I received a call where the customer executive yelled at me. She said, “Yeah Mam will not call you and for your information, I called you first time.” This is how you treat a potential customer.
Airtel needs to update their employees training skills & ask their learning & development team to upskill the employees on telephone etiquette & customer service.
Being from the same industry, I know how important is customer satisfaction. I am also a corporate trainer and I don’t appreciate a person talking to me rudely or with so much attitude.
Make sure this message is passed to the L&D team and if I receive any call from Airtel, I will take strict action.
