In my paytm merchant account there is MDR charges for payment received through paytm postpaid since april mid but on 7 June there is unnecessary charge of rupess approximately 4934 giving no detail about this and when I call customer care they said this was the charge of payment received between january to april 2023 but in this period the payment acceptance via postpaid is totally free also free option is given in paytm app and paytm business app.Now they are declining to refund my payment.
