Hi,
My Name is Ramesh,
My company had opened a salary account in Kotak Mahindra Bank. I am using this account even today. During the covid, the company had stopped paying salary and there was no balance in the account. But from November 2020, the company rejoined and started giving salary.

Today I saw that the bank deducted money from my account twice without my knowledge, Bank even didn’t inform me. I spoke to the bank official and told them that my money has been deducted. So they told me that this money has been deducted due to a lack of minimum balance in your account. I spoke to the bank many times, but they replied that you will not get this money back. How long will the bank keep its arbitrary operations? The bank does not know how disturbed the human being is because of the covid.

How could i maintain balance when the company had stoped my salary, this money has been arbitrarily deducted by the bank. During the covid, peoples did not even have money to eat then how could we maintain the balance in our account.

I do not understand now that the bank remembered today that I have to deduct money from the customer’s account for the last year.

All I want from the bank is that my money twice deducted should be returned.
