Well credit NBFC FIN-ED PVT LTD is creating loan amount in my account without any application or any accepting applications.
And asking for payment with 90% of interest.
They are threatening if you are not paying then they are using my phone contact list and galary photos and send it with editing that your are cheater and defaulter.
As I had checked lot of customers are suffering with this problems.
As per recent statement of Finance Minister of India there is many shell company’s are working in this way and Instruction given to RBI to take a nacessary actions against them.
But due to slow action these companies company taken apportunity to blackmail the customer.
Complaints are filled but no quick action can taken by any one.
Request you to please take a Hard and quick action against this company and stop this scam.
I had written the mail regarding the same to RBI and launch complaint also write the mail to Our FINANCE MINISTER on [email protected].
Am waiting for reply from anyone from them.
If this is not done then will decide to commite sucide in front of media also.
