Hi,
I have been ported IN to Airtel on 11th Dec 2018, before porting IN I have selected MY FAMILY PLAN (650). But since the day 1, issue started and till day I am facing issues with Airtel.
Even though I have sent N number of repeated mails to Airtel, but still bills are being generated on my add on number (8600329620) and in every days Airtel STOPS my services on the same number.
I have sent enough evidences to Airtel team along with the screenshots but still no progress. PFA mail confirmation from Airtel executive which says my add on number should is free and added under MY FAMILY PLAN. Now AIRTEL is following up with me to pay the dues even though its their fault they are not trying to resolve. Its like mental harassment what they are doing.
