Sir/Ma’am,
I Pawan Nagar s/o Mr Badlay Nagar R/o Village Tigaon, Greater Faridabad, Haryana.
I am using an Airtel Postpaid number (9891195777) with a plan of ₹499.
Airtel is adding unnecessary amount to my bill. I’ve been complaining regularly from last month but there’s no action taken by them and also they’re not telling why or for what other charges they’ve added up to my bill.
And now they’ve restricted my outgoing calls and data usage.
I am really facing a problem due to this and also this is a lockdown time for the whole world when no one is allowed to even cross the boundaries of their homes.
If I get into a situation where i need to call someone for help, I won’t be able to do that this would also lead to a heavy situation for a citizen.
If Airtel will not continue my services as soon as possible, they’ll have to pay a big loss for the frauds i.e, adding unnecessary charges for no reason.
