Hi team,
This is to inform you that am using airtel sim past 10 years. As I have to do work from home due to this COVID 19 crisis am connecting through mobile hotspot.For the first few days the data consumed was okay and justifiable but am observing since past five days that it getting exhausted without any reason. am observing that there is some fraud going on to make customer buy extra data.
I request you to please consider it as a serious issue. As we all under crisis and taking advantage of such a situation is really a pathetic thing one can do
