hi,
With respect to my airtel sim (No: 9686910451)
without any proper information outgoing calls has been deactivated. asking me to recharge 23rs to activate in there 121 help-care. Now after recharging no currency has been credited to my airtel account and they are telling this validity is for only 28days after that i need to recharge again.
I need to know why i need to recharge again and again and where my 23 rs have been gone.
please provide me a justice
