In this period of pandemic, when there are no wages due to lockdown, we are trapped at our homes, and are not even at the rented places, not using any of your services, still are forced to pay unneccessary bills.
I have not used even a single GB of your data pack for last 2 mnths and called your customer services numerous times but there is no operator to handle the calls. Please, understand people’s situations and check that they haven’tt used any data , thus, discontinue the services for the time period.
I am not paying any bills without using anything, when I am not having any jobs. Companies like you should understand the condition of people while raising the bills and calling them 20 times a day for the same.
Deactiate my services as I am not paying the same 2 months bill when every person in contry knows the situatio. The connection is at my rented place in Gurgaon and I am stuck in Himachal my himetown since 2 months. No one is using the connection, and the situation in country is know ti all. If you can raise off the bill knowing this all, it would be good.
In either case, I would ask to you to deactivate the connection and activate it post lockdown when the doors to travel back are open, and when actually I am using your services.
In any ways, I am not paying this bill, and you should be supportive to the usersĀ while such situations and not see this as a way of fraud that you are doing.
