i had idea number i.e 8199986366,
number not in used last mote than 6 months, in jan month i had recevied many calls by idea and i request them please diconnect my number its humble request, they said please submit your payment than they diconnect number. so , i paid amount of bill where my uses was Zero. aftet this i again recevied calls for bill payment, i sent email to idea customer care about this matter but every time they calld me and discussed issue and revert back please share number name of person where was i request for disconnect, and every time i ask them this is the way to customer harassment. daily we got many calls recevied and however this is possible that last 6 months mobile number remember.
this is not customer duty, when we got recevied call by any compnay than we note name mobile number.
One think happened more suprised

above mention number , this lady call to my dialled number by 8199986366 and said i m fraud and dont paid bill amount etc etc.
however this lady call to my personal numbers.
Please help when i bot using my number why shoud i paid amount one time already 2K amount like this last time.
