Dear Sir/Ma,

I am writing to report a suspicious loan app that appears to be operating without a license. The app’s name is DELOAN, MONEYTREE, VIDUS, CREDIT MOI, ICREDIT and many more. These loan apps are not on Play Stores, they run apk’s.

I have reason to believe that these apps are not authorized to provide loan services in Lagos/Nigeria and may be engaging in predatory lending practices with ridiculous interest in one week.

These loan apps send death threat, Rip messages and claims of their preys’ contracting aids and being threat to the public to their prey contacts list.

Attached is a screenshot of the messages they send.

Please investigate this matter and take necessary action to protect consumers.
