Dear Sir,
I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue regarding the practices of a loan provider operated by Navi. As a user of their services, I have encountered unauthorized access to my contacts without my explicit consent, which I believe violates privacy and data protection regulations under your jurisdiction.
I applied for a loan through the Navi app provided by with the expectation of maintaining the privacy and security of my personal information. However, I recently discovered that the app has been accessing and calling individuals from my contacts list without my consent.
This unauthorized access to my contacts is a clear violation of my privacy rights as a user and raises concerns about the protection of personal data within the financial technology sector. I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and take necessary actions to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing the operations of digital loan.
I request your intervention to address this issue and enforce appropriate measures to prevent similar violations in the future. Users should have full control over their personal information and should not be subjected to unauthorized access or usage by financial service providers. Additionally, I seek Rs 50,000 as compensation for the defamation of my prestige, harassment, and blackmailing.
