This is to bring to your kind attention to the unlawful activity 1xbet.com have committed against me:
1. I am Rudradeb Mukherjee, holding my account id 111766069 from 07/06/2019 in 1xbet.com
2. On 25/08/2024, I had placed an accumulator bet no via betslip no 53380408271 & on 28-08-2024 all the 34 games included in the accumulator were completed and subsequently the winning sum of Rs.2,67,56,946.81/-(Two crores sixty seven lakhs, fifty six thousand nine hundred and forty six and eighty one paise) was credited to my gaming account.
3. I had started withdrawing my winning amount but as I can withdraw only Rs 50,000/- at one go, I had to place multiple withdrawals. On 29-08-2024, security dept of 1xbet has restricted my withdrawal and the winning balace in my gaming account.
4. On 30-08-2024, I have seen that 1xbet operator has changed bet odds to refund in my 26 bets out of 34 bets. In this process they have changed my accumulator bets odd from 49549.901 to 320.38 & also my winning amount from Rs.2,67,56,946.81/- to Rs 173,005.52/-. (I have attached a PPT)
It is been 56 days now, I have been following up with 1xbet operator, security dept for my balance winning amount but not got any favourable response from them. The had lifted the security restrictions from my account on 19-10-2024 but not credited the amount..
