I am using telegram and i got a msg from FCBulka institute to invest in it and review the cafes and other restaurants and the pay me then that institution asked for more and more money to pay and then when i have payed it asks for more and more money and if i don’t give he is saying that he will not return my whole money and after every peyment they ask for high payment
