I’ve been booking a hotel room and everytime I tried for the payment, due to failure in bank server, my payment was not processed and there was no debit. And after booking it when I had to change the rooms I had to cancel the booking so I cancelled and got the refund. So when I was booking again the transaction failed and no debit occurred.
But after a while I got a message saying
Rs. 2184 have been debited from my account and I’m concerned because I didn’t make any transaction for this amount of money. And I’m very sure that I didn’t approve this payment. Or atleast give me a proper description of for what thing this debit was made.
Please help me with this issue.
