Reference: New ceramic teacup 100 ml/ Pack of 6/ Microwave and dishwasher safe/ Bone ash free
This is regarding the above mentioned product delivered at my residence on 8th oct in broken condition. Please refer to the below chronology of the events and the relevant screenshots substantiating the same
8th Oct – product delivered
8th Oct – Return requested
14th Oct – return cancelled without mentioning any reason
14th Oct – On contacting customer care, return request was initiated again
19th Oct – Out for return pick up
19th Oct – return cancelled without mentioning any reason
25th Oct – On contacting customer care, return request was initiated again
25th Oct – Return cancelled as pick up address is not serviceable by Meesho’s courier partner (and there were several products delivered on 22nd, 23rd, 24th and even 25th Oct at my residence)
25th Oct – Return cancelled as per your request (while I had never requested to cancel it)
25th Oct -Reinitiated return
25th Oct – Return rejected as the image uploaded is not that of actual product
27 Oct – On contacting customer care, return request was initiated again
28 Oct – Return rejected as the image uploaded is not that of actual product
29 Oct – On contacting customer care, return request was initiated again
29 Oct – Return rejected as the image uploaded is not that of actual product
30 Oct – On contacting customer care, return request was initiated again
30 Oct – Return rejected as the image uploaded is not that of actual product
I am attaching the image of the product I received along with the pictures of the actual product received. I fail to comprehend how Meesho team has concluded that the product is different from what was ordered. This response is unacceptable and has caused considerable disappointment and frustration.
Accordingly, I had served them with a formal legal notice demanding a refund of ₹127, along with compensation of ₹10,000 for the mental harassment and inconvenience caused. There has been no reply from meesho on the same.
