I made a booking with ResortRio at Goa but had to cancel last minute due to my child’s illness. The resort is now charging me additional 7000 + fare difference + taxes for extending my dates. Date extension charges are not given on their website so they have randomly charged me any amount and imposed rules as per their convenience.
