I would like to report that i an unjust value of Rs.3999/- has been added to my monthly postpaid bill whose rent is just Rs 399.
I work in Darjeeling and i went to Mirik for a seminar.
Now, if you all know the geographic location of Darjeeling. It is surrounded by Nepal and Bhutan.
While travelling it may so happen that your phone network connects with the Nepalese International Network(N Cell) and this may remain for quite a period as you drive past by the boundary areas.
Now, suddenly this month this international roaming plan gets activated on my number and a hefty amount of Rs.3999/- has been added to the bill.
This is pure injustice as i did not travel abroad anywhere and all this happened because of the above reasons explained in brief.
I need help and justice as i don’t feel that it is worth paying 4 thousand rupees for just a call made or received during that a minute or two interval.
I request the forum to take the case forward and waive off the Rs.3999 from my bill.
