Dear sir,
I purchased TATA SKY new connection through unisyn enterprises by paying 2200/- on dated 26-01-2020 from sales executive Mr.Balu from Hyderabad. I have paid amount through the Paytm. Subscriber ID – 1362665794.
they give me wrong information about the free subscription period and description about the HD set top box that the connection will running continue in bed and rainy weather.
I got some bad reviews from my friends and immediately i told Mr.Balu to cancel my connection, instead dealer has recharged the tata sky again and again after cancellation of my order.
Now when i called Tata Sky customer care they may refund around 1100/-. I am not sure why the dealer has recharged aftere i asked for connection cancellation. As i have not used any Tata Sky services i want my complete amount to be refunded.
so please take quick action on this fraud with me towards your company sales executive and help to me to get refund.
Ane one more important thing is that Unisyn people are not even answering my call after i am asking for refund of my amount.

On 20.11 2030 I paid Rs1475 through Google pay to ‘Unisyn enterprises”. The sales person gave false information that there will be on month free subscription. They have received more than the actual cost of 1100/- for the connection.
There is no response from Tata sky or Unison enterprises till now. Pl resolve
The most worst experience and reckless answers that i faced from “Unisyn Enterprises” Hyderabad.
My Subscriber ID (which i paid after google pay). 1409227756 and SR No. 2MFLUNK9.
I have taken a tata sky connection from “Unisyn Enterprises” Tata sky Representative on 3rd Jan 2021.
And that was installed on 19th Jan 2021. But till now connection not activated. The most worst experience and frustration that I faced from Tata Sky Representatives responded with reckless answers. Literally they cheated customers with their false promises. I fed up many issues with them.
The installer who came could not resolve the problem. After installation, I don’t get activation till now. Even complaints to Tata sky customer service also have not resolved my issue till date. I am completely shocked with the service and the mental agony it has caused cannot be explained.
How come a half knowledge guy is recruited who dupes the customers with false promises? Is this the way a manager or representative deals with a customer??
Is it how the TATA provides dealerships to a firm who damn care about customers??
Even complaint many times Tata sky customer care service. But till now problem not resolved.
