Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased a product called “Uniqon bluetooth 5 USB Adapter” and order I’d is OD428469484409075100 and the cost is Rs. 258.

I received the product on 01.07.2023. Due to damage I returned the product immediately with the reason is not working or similar reason (i don’t remember exactly) and pickup person came and checked it but he told that serial no is not matching and he suggested that ask customer Care on 02.07.2023.

I called customer care they told that the reason is damaged but you given other option on 02.07.2023. Then immediately I cancel the return and raise the return again on 02.07.2023.

I received the message pickup the item before 9am on 03.07.2023, but I received message that return is canceled in the evening after 7 PM but pickup person didn’t call me and didn’t verify the product. I don’t know how pickup person cancel the return without verifying the product.

Again I called customer care they verified and helped me to cancel the item, they said everything is correct on 03.07.2023.

I received the message pickup the item before 9am on 04.07.2023, but I received message that return is canceled in the evening after 7 PM but pickup person didn’t call me and didn’t verify the product. I don’t know how pickup person cancel the return without verifying the product.

Again today (04.07.2023) I called customer care they verified and told me that everything is right but why pickup person cancelled the item.

Now also again I return the product.

I don’t know what is happening? I am getting more stress past four days.

I kindly request the authority to take action.

Kindly request to help me to return the product and refund my amount Rs. 258.
