I used my debit card to withdraw Rs 10,000 while in Srinagar on 26th May 2019. The cash didn’t come out of ATM but my account was debited. On 31st May 2019 after returning to Kandivali, I filled up ATM claim form and also filed a complaint in Union Bank customer care(complaint number 1301289433) but to no avail
