I cancelled my jio fiber connection. My Device is supposed to be uninstalled and picked up by an engineer. I booked an appointment and now it is about a month that jio is continuously rescheduling the appointment according to their choice. I cannot be available on weekdays including Saturday and hence I always booked appointment for Sunday. I was given different slots on weekdays even after I booked appointment on Sunday. I received calls from engineer on sundays and they denied to come in those days stating there is no availability and they are busy. My appointment was rescheduled by jio without my notice on their choice of timings. I need this complaint to be looked after very seriously.
