We have asked for the Jio fibernet connection to be uninstalled as we are moving out of the city. It has been a month that the request has been raised. Every day i get a message that there will a technician who will pick up the order but no one turns up. It has been a pathetic customer service too, when we call them to enquire they again raise a request and also close the complaint without the problem being resolved. This is nothing but to keep our 2500/- installation money and kind of make the customer go mad and leave about it. If this is the case no one will want to get your services.

I am experiencing the same, even I have raised uninstallation request a month back and same nobody came to take the box and refund my money inspite of numerous calls to support and warnings. Please help if you get any response
Were you guys able to get it done? I have been following up for over 3 weeks now and they just keep giving me new appointments. Hoping to find a solution here.
