Have installed jio fiber broadband on 9.6.2021. The company assured that if i want to uninstall the same within 28 days, i shall be refunded all money deposited to them i.e Rs.1500/-. I applied for uninstallation on 30.6.2021 , the connection was stopped, however, no one has ever come to pick the device and refund my money. I have taken continuous follow up’s with them but to no avail. Daily they call me and ask irrelevant repeated questions. Kindly assist me in my refund . I am attaching my follow up mails with jio team.
