after taken the connection of JIO FIBER , that is
uninstalled already with Order ID CO0000PRY5P8 dated 01-10-2022.
Device returning pickup date was given 05-10-2022 12:30 PM. But as of
now the device is still at customer end none of the
Engineer/Representative has come to pick it up.
After many complaints customer care Executive gave the resolution time
and date 20-10-2022 12:30 PM with Request ID SR00001EDAVF
I request you to please make sure to pick it up by today 21-10-2022.
Because Device validity/Expiry last date is 26-10-2022.
I am very disappointed with the services and resolution time taken by
your customer service care.
