I booked jio fibre on 2 July, 2022. During installation process service engineer was not able installation for my concern so I told him clearly not to install any connection, but without my consent he installed then I raised a complaint on him after that he disconnected the process. Later I came to know that my connection was in active mode immediately I called to customer care and enquired about this, customer care people replied that it will take one week time to remove till the time you have to pay the bill. My concern is I am not any facilities of jio connection how can I charged.
