Uniloat massivly advertises their fancy and high quality products online and once an innocent customer is trapped they get the order from them, and in return they give them wrong product. I had ordered EvoShave™ Mini Portable Electric Shaver for Men on 05/07/2023 via order no. #UN45660 and had selected COD as a payment option; as I was skeptical about the product. Yet, when the order arrived via DTDC courier via consignment no. I16029438 I accepted the order and tried to open the package in front of the delivery person. He insisted that I can check the product later as he was in a rush. I paid him and soon after I opened the box to see the wrong product inside.
By then the delivery guy had vanished and his phone was switched off.
I have complained to the company about the wrong product, but no response have been received from their end. I would request others not to order from UNILOAT company as they are fraud company duping customers providing then wrong products.
