I’m writing to report an unusual transaction in my account. My account number is 42482086872, and I’m based at the Vadasserika branch. Today, I received a message stating that Rs. 1 was credited to my account. However, I’m unaware of the source or reason for this transaction.

As I’m currently outside India, I’m unable to call the customer care number. Could you please look into this matter and let me know the details of the transaction? I’d appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.
